Can't BUY the slice a bundle on PC version

Day 3 of not being able to buy the bundle on pc client, still the same error message.

guess i'll just keep my money in my pocket and lower my expectation of this company even more

Day 4 of not being able to buy on pc client, ah who cares anyway i'm not buying it anymore out of principal.

Such an embaressment

So gues what, NEW slice a bundle AGAIN isn't working for me i get the same error message error: ref. #OFFERNOTPURCHASABLE.

So now i can't even get the shard for Depa CG_Meathead​ 

Can we get a solution please.....

It's another buggy implement that CG isn't concerned about.  I guess it isn't making enough money.  If 100,000 players complained about not being able to buy it, they'd lift a finger.  In this case, not a big deal I guess.

They're an assembly line of releasing products now.  Something's broken?  Who Cares!  Release another one!

This is looking more and more like a joke, the second slice a bundle (relic mats) on pc....

SAME ERROR. I can't buy any slice a bundle on pc. Is this a case of don't care or are you simply at the limit of your abilities with customer care?

New slice a bundle, SAME PROBLEM

Still getting error: ref. #OFFERNOTPURCHASABLE. , this is the 4th or 5th slice a bundle i'm unable to buy. 

Conclusion: CG doesn't seem to be reading the forum post and/or simply doesn't care.

I got another problem, I did not get the content I bought in some bundles. 
No help from CG so far either in that matter. (It has only been 7 days for me tho...)

6th slice a bundle in a row that i'm UNABLE to buy. Still getting the same error: ref. #OFFERNOTPURCHASABLE

It would be nice if, at the very least, i could get a response to this problem.
