Cant change birthdate for swgoh

Question

I’ve been trying to link my swgoh account to my ea account but when I try it states I need to change my swgoh birthdate and the only way to do that is by sending a ticket and we’ll the support has yet to respond after days of asking to change my birthdate for the game any help?
