Can't change the time for reward/refresh in game

Hi, 

I'm experiencing trouble with the time change. During the last french time change back in october 2023 I accidently change the time in the wrong direction. So a few days later I change it again so it could be right.

But, because we can only change it twice/365 days I am currently stuck with the new time change in France.

Is it possible to reset the option to change time for me or even just change it on your side?

    this is a case that will be needed to be handled via ingame support. Please contact them via ingame settings->help

    Hello, already try it but they said they couldn't do anything for me :/

    But I saw on the forum people receiving help from admins for similar cases.
