Can't do EA link for my account.

I have my game account linked to my EA account until yesterday.

Today, while trying to login on my phone, I accidentally clicked on the "unlock" button. 

Then I can't login on PC version nor can I link my game account back to EA account.

The app just keep popping up with no internet service message when I try to link it again.

Please fix your linking system.

    Hello, but the problem isn't really linking the account but being able to access the account I can't access any more because for whatever reaser EA unlinked my email to my first account. I hope theres a solution for this...

  • hello, i’m commenting a bit late but i’m having a similar problem, how did you link your account again because i’m kinda panicking right now, I don’t know what to do to get my account back. 

  • Well good luck on this one. The EA support on such a topic is pretty abysmal. Our guild leader has the same issue since almost 5 days. It’s hurting him already heavily but starting next week (conquest and TB) he and the whole guild will be even affected more.

    Probably our whole guild has to disband as without a guild leader there are issues officers can’t compensate. Oh luckily it’s already weekend which means that no one will resolve this issue in a timely manner.

    Try opening a case using the in-game help instead.

    They kept closing my case without any help and any response.

    The system told me that I will wait like 2 minutes, but even over 20 minutes, nothing happened.
