Can't get past Star wars Galaxy heroes rebels training level 3

There is no way to get past the 3rd training for the rebels. I have watched every video that involves the 3rd training level and every time I tried I have failed. There is no error showing up. Every time I try to get through the 3rd rebel training all of my people die and I can't change the characters, I can't even upgrade the characters. Do you or does anyone know how to get past the Rebels Basic training Events Tier lll. Every time I try I get my characters killed.
