Cantina characters are premium characters?

Back to the general point of OP. Having to farm, no matter how you do it, toons you dont want sucks. It distracts from our purpose. Playing a game and having fun. As for mods. They went from 1:4-5 drop rate to 1:1 but the quality went way down just to cause spending because it hinders progress. I probably actually use 1or 2 in every 20 I buy. If I'm lucky.
The rub is that the developer can't let you have any sense of completion. This is not in their business model. This is also why older toons became less useful as gr 12 came in. Better we grind a whole new toon then fix one up.
I don't like it but everybody that wants to play just has to accept it. The game just isn't free.
