Captain Ithano Shards

Played the challenge about 7-10 days ago , won the first battle and the game reset / glitched . Went back in a little while later only to find out the intro 55 shards never dropped . Can’t play the battle again and EA says it looks like I got my 55 shards . Clearly my roster details doesn’t reflect their optimism.
