CD vs Offense

Question

When critical damage is calculated, is it calculated off of the modded base for offense? For example, i have a character that, with relics, is now at 100% critical chance. But he's still got offense mods on him. So would I benefit, and to what degree by remodding him to critical damage?

Yes, you benefit from Offense modding when you crit.

Keep in mind this doesn't take into account for Unqiues, Leads, are enemies being immune to crits.
