Nobody wants to play a game that's impossible to catch up due to 2015 mechanics in 2023. CG seems to have fixed sim tickets for new players and ability mats and credits need to be next fix imo
****FOR NEW PLAYERS**** if that's not you then move on.
CG should issue new players 20 zetas every 5 account levels beginning at 50. That would mean a new player could hit level 85 and have 8 zeta characters.
It is nothing like the zeta situation in 2015. Had they even added zeta abilities by the end of 2015?
I remember having to plan 3 months out to put a zeta on one of the CLS skills in 2017.
It is rediculous hyperbole to claim they haven't increased zeta income since 2015.
I didn't say they haven't increased zeta income but I can 100000% guarantee you a new player needs 10x as many zetas as you did when you were worried about CLS in 2017 simply because there are dozens more characters and many need 3-6 zetas.
You also just made my point. You just got done telling me about how things were in 2015 and 2017 which has absolutely no bearing on what it's like to be a new player today. So, with all due respect, what does any of what you just said have to do with a new player today?
You are the one that brought up 2015. "due to 2015 mechanics in 2023" you clearly stated that you thought it was the same situation. That was hyperbole.
You also say a new player should get 8 zetas by level 85 as if that would be a big increase. I started a new account a little over a year ago to see what it was like. I played it until level 85 and through a GAC in 3v3 and 5v5 to see what it was all like, so a bit over 2 months past level 85. I got 7 zetas applied in that time and was sitting on 18/20 when I stopped.
So a new FTP player can get almost what you think they should right now with no changes.
You are also out of touch with what holds new players back. The new raid rewards were in effect for all of 3 weeks by the time I stopped playing that account, and credits were no issue at all. Just be in a guild with a single SLKR and get max sith raid rewards and you can buy more credits than you can use. Training droids had again become the reason you can't just upgrade whatever characters you want.
Also, I never said that I think the zeta flow should not increase. I just called out misinformation.
