Keeping zetas where they are at is fine. I don’t know if you have a good enough fleet for fleet arena yet but there’s another path for zetas.
Just cuz you spent a lot of money for characters in either the Hyperdrive or Lightspeed bundles doesn’t mean you should have everything the characters need to truly shine. You don’t get mods either, want those too? Farm them.
You have to choose wisely which characters to first give zetas to.
