Why am I having so much trouble with in game support.  My son who I set up with and underage account to protect him from internet trolls and weirdos. Phone got destroyed at a lacrosse game and now can't access his account that he sent his own money on.   We keep getting told in game that there is nothing they can do then until we tell them we have proof of purchase.  Then they pretend to help with no resolution.  Most of the time is it is apparent the person responding in the chat hasn't even read the previous notes.
