Chain attack - galactic challenge

Is anyone running into difficulties with getting chain attack credit? I’ve had 12 turns in a row on multiple different teams (including seps) and not getting credit. This is also without stunning the ...

Heard a lot of people saying they’ve had trouble but I got all four feats in one battle on both of my accounts. GG, B2, B1, Wat and GBA.
