Change Rolo & IPD to GET1 or another Store?

Both are in Galactic Bounties too, so there's no need to spend GET2 if you don't want to.

they serve a purpose, Shard shop currency. they had planed obsolescence built in, as player developed past needing things from those stores.

they have other farming locations. not sure any changes are needed.
