Change SM-33's alignment

I was very surprised to find out SM-33 is the next conquest unit, along with the addition of the pirate faction. But why in the Jiminy Christmas on the hood of a baby blue Prius is he dark side?! He'...

Yes, SM-33 should definitely be Neutral as in lore he only obeys whoever is the captain, regardless.
