You can try calling them and explaining it - but highly unlikely they'll do that.

This is so weak! Sorry this happened. I guess if you move to a completely different time zone, your SWGOH career is over...

It's a case of do it for one, do it for all. Everyone who didn't like their shards competition would have some extravagant reason for needing a change, so legit issues get punished.

Just make it a payment. $5 let's you change your time zone.

Your arena shard has absolutely nothing to do with time zone. There are people from many different time zones on the same shard. Time zone only effects your payout time. They wouldn't have to move people in arena shards to adjust an individual person's reset times.

I would pay cash so I could enjoy this game at a time that's after dinner and kids in bed. 6pm arena and 7pm fleet I would change to 830 and 930 if I could.
