Character Kit Concept: Coleman Trebor

Inspiration:
- For a possible anniversary 'Attack of the Clones' era
- This dinosaur-looking member of the Jedi Council stood out, even though his screen time is minimal
- Coleman Trebor chose to end disputes diplomatically without bloodshed

Attacks and Abilities

Basic: Harmonious Swing
Deal Special Damage to target enemy and gain Evasion Up for 2 turns. If Coleman Trebor has any other buffs, grant another Jedi Council ally Evasion Up for 2 turns.

Special 1: Skilled Mediator (Cooldown: 3)
Dispel all debuffs on target ally, and all buffs on target enemy. Jedi allies recover 5% of their Max Health for each effect dispelled, doubled for Jedi Council allies, who also gain Foresight for 2 turns.

Special 2: Difficult Negotiations (Cooldown: 4)
Deal Physical Damage to target enemy and inflict Offense Down and Potency Down for 2 turns. If the target enemy was buffed, dispel the buffs. Then Coleman gains all the target enemy's non-unique buffs, except Taunt and Damage Immunity. If the ally in the leader slot is Jedi Council, Coleman Trebor gains 50% Turn Meter.

Unique: We Are Servants, Not Celebrities
Coleman Trebor has +5 Speed and +5% Tenacity for each Jedi ally, and +5% Offense for each Sith and Separatist enemy. When Coleman Trebor dispels any buffs on an enemy, he gains +5% Defence Penetration (stacking), with a 50% chance to reduce his cooldowns by 1.

While in Grand Arenas and if all allies are Jedi Council excluding Galactic Legends: Coleman Trebor gains +20 Speed and +20% Tenacity for each active Jedi Council ally. Whenever he Dispels any buffs on an enemy, he reduces his and all his allies' cooldowns by 1. Coleman Trebor is immune to Daze, Ability Block and Cooldown Increase.
