Changing guild name

My guild is trying to get our guild name changed, which we know we can do because there are other guilds in our alliance who have done it, but the E.A. tech people are giving use the run around. Does anyone know a better way to make it happen?

    No. The only way is to open a ticket through EA Help, using the in game help button.

    Open the ticket with the request. If they dont do it in a day or 2, open another one.

    As a Sith Sorcerer, I need to resurrect this topic, because I also need to change my guild's name. :p I've tried opening a ticket, but none of the categories presented (technical support, manage account, etc.) have any options relating to this. Am I missing something?
