Bad batch = trash
Why did you nerf the already poor bad batch? Why did you make them a raid team if you re going to make them that bad? What is wrong with you?

I’ve got 1.8m on r7 tier both times since they fixed the bug (which is not a nerf).
What is wrong with your modding / strategy?
They nerved the tiers below r7 and corrected the behavior of the DS clones. So nothing changed for r7 except that there is more RNG involved.
I don’t think that’s true. Have you read the update post? Update 7-9-2025 | EA Forums - 12327221
Bad Batch had been getting their event buff, that was only supposed to be active at tier 7 (which is the r9 tier, not the r7 tier), in all tiers. Now they are not.
So any change that has affected tiers below r7 has also affected the r7 tier.
And again, I’m not sure why forumers keep calling this a “nerf” or even a “nerve”. Bad Batch are performing exactly as the raid rules describe when they previously weren’t.
Max score is still obtainable with good modding and good strategy, yet still forumers come here in their droves to make out Bad Batch are unusable in the raid. This isn’t the first time a squad has needed something a little more nuanced than button mashing to achieve their raid potential, and I doubt it will be the last.
Ran post-nerf BB2 at R7 yesterday, max scored on the first attempt.
I'm calling it a nerf because when an update makes a team/build/etc weaker, the gaming word for that is "nerf". Yes, BB2 were benefitting from a bug. Yes, CG quickly announced there was a bug and that they would fix it. A bugfix can be a nerf. These are not mutually exclusive.
No, what they did was take part of the teams kit and made it so it doesn't function until you put enough resources in them to get to use the full kit for the team. It makes the team useless and requires you to take mods off of galactic legends teams to use it. Lick their boots all you want, the team not being able to use their kit as intended is a legitimate gripe.
I can't understand why people constantly complain that new events, which were explicitly created to achieve the highest rewards, are difficult. In every other game, it's the same: you can only defeat the final boss at the end by using all your tactics. Why should it be any different with SWGOH, please?
Level up your characters, equip them with the right mods and use the right tactics. There are tons of how-to guides out there. Follow them and stop complaining all the time.
Bad batch now have whole abilities you cant use due to this update. This a team we had to farm to play this event. This is not a final boss, this is items that are vital to play the game on a day to day basis being gate kept behind badly designed events. Often we have to spend literally hours of our day trying to do everything we have to do to stay relevant within the game. Forcing us to spend even more time remodding teams we are forced to use due to ridiculous over tuning of events is just the next level of nonsense. If remodding was simple then fine, but over 10 years into the game it's about as fluid as windows 3.1. And totally unnecessarily time consuming. My guild has lost about 20 veteran players in the past few weeks, if you want this game to still exist you should be worried about their "phoned it in" attitude to the game in recent times as if there's no one to play against it won't be.
I had to remod everyone, but my R5 guys do well in the 1,200,000 tier. It's not a sure thing and there's still some RNG and have to restart a few times, but it works.
The pirates, however, suuuuuuck. Who the hell thought giving two AoE's to a tank in a scenario where AoE's are a very stupid idea would be a good idea? R9 Hondo with R5 ithano and Quiggold, R7 Sana and R6 Enfys can barely muster 300,000 points. And they shoehorned this stupid faction into this stupid raid, so you'd think they would be other things than stupid, but it's Cee Gee, so here we are.
Now that's stupid.
They didn’t nerf it, they fixed it, because they don’t test their product adequately enough. Why would they? They have the best business model around: people pay them to test their game, and they make changes on the fly if needed, the community be damned. It still works. Just remod and don’t mark, now. Marking messes up the run.
