ND-5 was a grey BX-series Commando Droid who survived the Clone Wars. Many years after the Clone Wars ended, he became Jaylen Vrax's personal bodyguard and was assigned to monitor Kay Vess during a heist; however, after a series of missions, Vess was able to break ND-5 free of Vrax's control.

In battle, ND-5 would be a Tank, protecting Kay Vess while also being a hard-hitter.
