These are all in conflict. He's not a bounty hunter, so why give him a bounty hunter buff? That's like Empire units having We Have Returned. Make it a new effect, at least.

In addition, making a support character gain Resilient Defence? That just seems a bit weird (Savage is an exception to non-tank RD as thats GAC exclusive)

  Even so, basing your dismissal on the contingent I know the character, instead of analysing kit interactions, is disingenuous. Tanks have Resilient Defence. Bounty Hunters have Bounty Hunter’s Resolve. Not those who don’t have the tag.
  Thats like giving JML the rebel tag because he used to be a rebel, or Vader the Jedi tag because he used to be a Jedi.
