Character Kit Concept: Spybot (best character in 'Maul: Shadow Lord', period)

Attacks and Abilities

Basic: Impy Shinys
Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Shock for 2 turns. If they were already Shocked, Shock a random enemy for 1 turn. Spybot gains a stack of Revenge, and another when Shock expires, for 3 turns.

Special: Peek-a-Booh (Cooldown: 3)
Inflict all enemies with 2 stacks of Expose and Offense Down for 2 turns, which can't be dispelled. All Shadow Collective allies gain 30% Turn Meter and 2 stacks of Revenge for 3 turns. If Spybot has Stealth, inflict an additional stack of Expose and call all Attacker Shadow Collective allies to assist.

Unique: BOOSHKADOO
At the start of battle, Spybot gains 75% Turn Meter, 5 stacks of Revenge for 3 turns, and 20% Health and Protection for each Shadow Collective ally.

At the start of battle, Spybot gains Stealth and Damage Immunity for 1 turn, which can't be dispelled. Whenever Spybot gains or loses Stealth, he gains 2 stacks of Revenge for 3 turns, then reduces his cooldowns by 1. At the end of each turn, if Spybot doesn't have Stealth, he regains Stealth and loses 3 stacks of Revenge. When Spybot uses an ability while he has 25 or more stacks of Revenge, lose all stacks, inflict the target enemy with Protection Disruption for 2 turns, all enemies with Fear for 1 turn, removes 30% Turn Meter from all enemies, and grants allied Shadow Lord Maul a bonus turn (once per battle). These effects can't be resisted or dispelled. When a Shadow Collective ally damages an Exposed enemy, they and Shadow Lord Maul gain a stack of Revenge for 3 turns.

While in Territory Battles:
At the start of battle, inflict all enemies with Buff Immunity and Mark for 4 turns, which can't be dispelled or resisted. Whenever Spybot gains Revenge, all Shadow Collective allies gain 5% Turn Meter. Shadow Collective allies can't have their cooldowns increased.
