That's personal to you. I was super happy to get 4-lom, IG90, 2015 haircut Asajj and Zuckuss. I have found pirates quirky. ST Luke and Square chin Barriss work for me. The others, were a bit meh (but I'm sure others were happy to get little green men sitting on wookie shoulders).

I think we'd all like that. However, in the past CG have said that there's a lot of cost involved, with not much monetary return. Recently, we've see how concerned CG are with monetary returns. That said, new characters 'can' also update existing characters. Chewyoda and ST Luke being prime examples. Also, the ISB tag has updated to existing characters. So, a bit unfair in saying 'just releasing side characters' as they clearly care about how they interact and boost existing characters too.

I think skins could be/would be fun. Asajj was one that we thought might be a skin. However, if you develop a skin, how much extra work is it to make it a whole new character? If you develop a skin, is the money there to release it or to release a whole new character?
It might be that skins would just be pointless.

I agree with you there. My personal rule of thumb is 'If I can visibly tell the difference, I'm OK about it'. Half a dozen different Chewbaccas I don't need. Especially as I can't even see the goggles on 'Gogglesbacca' after they visually 'updated' him.
SpinlyBinly wrote:characters could also be released from projects like Visions
Isn't Visions existing characters or am I getting mixed up? Weren't they the 5 minute long animations of the women of Star Wars. I seem to remember Rey and Sabine being in 'Visions'. If so, doesn't this contradict your previous points? (Repeat characters or characters nobody cares about, as 'Visions' is hardly mainstream popular Star Wars).

Well, some would argue that CG have been too creative with new characters and the skills. A lot of the new factions have become awfully complex. Could you explain what you mean 'needs to be more interaction with powers and characters'?
I dunno, I feel your view might be rather niche. I'm also unsure how much experience you have with SWGOH and how much you've used all the factions. I feel that could be very important when forming critically accepted view. However, having good experience in rival games (like MSF) is also beneficial.
TLDR: I feel you're confusing what you want with what the majority want.
