Tusken Raider gets 75% offense if you throw him in the theoretical all tusken team. I'm also not sure how Nute really hits cause I don't have him maxed, but if you put him in the right lineup I'm pretty sure you'd see him do well since he crits alot. For Padme, a character who spent almost the entire Phantom Menace evading and hiding I think that she should have some pretty stron stealth and evade synergies
