Cheating in SWGOH

What needs to happen to have an obvious cheater banned. It's been 3+ months since reporting in-game and follow ups with CG Lucifer on forums.  Guy beats maxed out Leviathan fleets with g12 tarkin, vader, boba and HT so it's as obvious as it gets. 

Is anyone at CG even responsible for acting on these in-game reports? And if so, I'd like to understand what you're doing to stop cheating/hacking. CG_Meathead - it'd be great if you could please look into this
