For lower tier guilds that have only few level 85 and guild power of 10,000,000 took 5 days to complete tier 4. Tho saying that only about half of the guild actually made attacks and only 2 level 85 where making attacks and they did 80-90% of the damage. So even if a full group of 4star guys did it would probably say would takes weeks for a beginner guild to do with no high level players.
