I bought the Sith Trimuvirate Lightspeed bundle, but I got the dreaded error with purchase and received crystals instead of the characters at relic 5.

What do I do in this instance?

can show proof of purchase if needed, and it is now not in the store anymore for me so I cannot purchase it again.
