Here's an important thing to remember - whenever CG use a hyphen, you ALWAYS use the worst case number. If the toons will be released FTP 4-6 weeks after Chromiums, it will be 6 weeks after Chromiums to the day.

5-30 shards of Darth Nihilus means 5 shards per pack PERIOD. That's how it works.
