To answer your question, calling them names doesn’t help, being critical or saying “they don’t care” does help in some cases. It highlights where the community is feeling the divide. Which at this point, is the difficulty or price to play the newer content of the last year. It’s not unreasonable to understand that people are upset that they wait 6 months for something new and can’t actively participate for a long period of time. 5 years in, the people that post are the people care enough to share the frustrations, they don’t want the fun to end or the game to die. Not just “the loud complainers”, as one mod I’ll leave unnamed referred to them as. I respect the difficulty of your job, I know u see so much shit that u have to roll your eyes at.. I get it. Just try and encourage other mods to not have the prison guard mentality that “we are all bad”
