Clone Sergeant shards in fleet shipments

I don't understand why there are no shards for him in the fleet shipments. He's a pilot too. We got shards for almost all other pilot characters, even for Biggs, when he's extremaly easy to farm from ...

Well, may I ask you to "translate" someone else, please. I dont care about big damage in haat, since I already have enough viable teams to do my share of 2% in each phase. I just find clones fun to play with and wanna play them. Either in GW or arena.
