Clone Sergeant shards in fleet shipments

I don't understand why there are no shards for him in the fleet shipments. He's a pilot too. We got shards for almost all other pilot characters, even for Biggs, when he's extremaly easy to farm from ...

Not really, I can do my fair share to each phase of the HAAT, even more if needed. I have him at 6 stars + 60 shards, so you see, I don't really care if they put him in fleet shipments or not. The point is, if other pilots are there, why isn't he?

And I've got a feeling you're one of the people who are saying things like "Uhm but I struggled so hard to get him, so it won't be fair for others to get him easier". If you're not part of this group, then please excuse me.
