Either change all phase timers (which they did), or none. Granted I’m in a guild that finishes this phase within minutes; but think out side the box :)

They are in the wrong time zoned guild then or very inactive

Or they are an active guild with global members. My guild has many players in US, Europe, and Asia. It hasn't hurt us in TB so far.

Listen i see your point but there is no 24 hour time difference for all people across the world to fill platoons,do missions then deploy
