CLS speed advice
My CLS is gear 12 with 4 speed mods at lvl 15 and each one is a tier 5 mod but my CLS still only has 189 total speed. How can I make him faster, into the 200+ range? Same thing goes for other heroes a...

Speed is mostly about secondaries (and the primary on the arrow). It’s not worth using a speed set if you can get better total speed from higher secondaries from other sets.
