Uh do you know how diplomacy works??
Every single country in the world has contact with North Korea. Every single country has treaties and deals and agreements with many many others.
North Korea feels threatened and refuses to work constructively with anyone. Most countries that don't share a border with North Korea really couldn't care less. Those that do make preparations to defend themselves.
North Korea probably feels like everyone is working again them and unfairly punishing them. However most are simply reacting to the provocative actions the North Koreans make.
Given that this IS the way the world works how about applying the same wisdom vis a vis diplomatic relations into the way you play the game.
Be diplomatic, try to influence others for your benefit and understand that war takes a much higher toll on you than your neighbours
