That was ridiculous too. But I was locked out of game for 60 hours. And they stated they are compensating it. Their words

As a guild mate of Ash he def was not able to log in nor had access via other devices for that period of time. If you ask me he lost a lot more in rewards then what is given as we had 2 rancors an hstr and a haat while he wasnt able to play but guess he is stuck without those gear pieces and gets crystals instead.

The key to that was they asked, when they should've shut it down. Completely avoidable issue, especially since it worked a few times before the incident. No other way to state it, CG made several huge blunders. Us gamers didn't.

It just sucks that a lot of this stuff is always like walking on eggshells. Maybe they didn't send out the compensation to anyone but the way the post sounded, was it was going to be immediately. If not a simple by blank date everyone should be getting rewards...if you do not and feel you should have please contact blank.

Its funny he commented on discord saying only one he didn't was Carrie...I think we actually might get a response from her before anyone else at this rate!
