Compensation for outage
So was your post about compensation a diversion or a tease? We shouldn’t have to bend over backwards to get compensation for a companies mistake. It is ridiculous how poorly this game is ran.

As a guild mate of Ash he def was not able to log in nor had access via other devices for that period of time. If you ask me he lost a lot more in rewards then what is given as we had 2 rancors an hstr and a haat while he wasnt able to play but guess he is stuck without those gear pieces and gets crystals instead.
