Compensation never received for era leveling mix up

They replied in discord that they were only giving to those who had it at 7 stars and bought era materials during that small window… the post was annoyingly misleading making it sound like they were going to make good on the screwgy they gave out but alas they aren’t … 

In the original post, they promised compensation for people who had purchased upgrade material packs equivalent to their crystals. The 30k crystal compensation was supposed to be in addition to that if you had 7* unlocked. Did they just abandon the effort for the rest of us?

As far as I understand it was supposed to be the players that had Cassian 7* unlocked when the big update dropped.  However,  Ive seen a lot of players that met the criteria not get any compensation and only get the runaround when they try to contact EA support

Do we know if they've sent out compensation to any of the non 7* Cassian players? Or was meathead only referring to the 30k crowd?

Im in the same boat.  I spent real money to unlock Cassian prior to the era material drop in the update, and i didnt received the crystal compensation eother, amd EA customer support was absolutely no help.  Ive spent a lot (probably too much) real $ in this game be cause I enjoy it, its my main mobile game, but im having serious questions about ever spending any money if its going to just risk the stuff being given out for free anyways.
