Completely useless EA Help
Hi, I recently had to contact EA Help for a lightspeed bundle that I did not receive. Since days I am in a daily loop of the completely useless customer support asking me for an iTunes order record that does not exist since I ordered via Paypal in the webstore. Whatever I tell them, they completely ignore. But the paypal order with the transaction number they dont give a **bleep** about. Does somebody know a different way of approaching the customer support, so they actually take a look at this case instead of every day some other customer support user asking the same question?
