There's never been a GL ship before.

Too simple. Ult Charge can't be decreased anyway.

What does Digital Immortality do? What is Heir Code? Is it part of the passive unique?

You don't say what the buff does or how long it lasts for. Again.

Too simple, too long a cooldown, doesn't do much.

Too overpowered, and the Ult Charge takes far too long. What's it supposed to do if Tie Advanced is defeated?

There's only 1 line of synergy between this and Empire ships. Besides, are you intending to replace the Chimaera with this? Otherwise you'd be breaking up a whole fleet.

  • There's a lot to unpack here. I'll start with the criticisms, don't take them personally.

The Character: Don't like the AI-generated picture. There's also no backstory. You can't just drop in a new Empire OC without some sort of explanation, otherwise it looks like just AI'ed a character and slapped them into a kit.

GL Effect: This attack grants 2% Ultimate Charge when hitting an enemy with Vulnerable.

Zeta: Enemies with the Vulnerable debuff have -5% Potency and Tenacity.

GL effect? What's that? Also, the Zeta would be more fitting to put in his unique.

Techno-Rage: +50% Critical Damage and attacks cannot be evaded. Darth Vader instantly gains 20% Turn Meter.

Zeta: While Techno-Rage is active, attacks by Vinculum and Darth Vader inflict 1 stack of DOT.

The wording of the Zeta would be better suited for a unique again. It could be worded differently to add that effect into the Buff description itself.

Combat Analytics: Whenever an Empire ally deals damage to a debuffed enemy, they recover 5% Protection.

Heir Priority: If Darth Vader is present, he takes 75% less damage from Instant Defeat abilities.

Zeta: Whenever Darth Vader uses an ability, Vinculum gains 2% Ultimate Charge.

What's with the colon effects? Also, 75% reduced instant defeat is silly because it's an instant defeat. It's also a rather simple leadership.

Unique (GL): Architect of the New Order. Vinculum gains 1 stack of Digital Connection for each buff dispelled via Special 1 (max 5 stacks).

1 Stack: Grant 5% Turn Meter to all Empire allies at the start of Vinculum's turn.

2 Stacks: Gain +5% Offense for each dispelled buff.

3 Stacks: Inflict Target Lock on the primary enemy for 2 turns.

4 Stacks: Gain 0.2% Potency for every 1% of Ultimate Charge.

5 Stacks: Attacks ignore Taunt effects.

Zeta: At the start of every turn, Vinculum automatically inflicts Target Lock on a random enemy.

This is more suited to be put in the special 1. You could reword Digital Connection to something else and then put the stacking effects in his Unique.

You've also missed his GL Unique.

    ULTIMATE: Directive: Galactic Reboot.

Instantly defeat all enemies with less than 30% Health (excluding GLs).

Inflict Daze and Ability Block on all other enemies for 1 turn.

Vader and Vinculum gain 100% Turn Meter and the Overload buff.

You don't say what Overload does. Again, it's too simple, yet completely overpowered against <30% Health enemies and underpowered against >30% Health enemies.

There's no Mastery stacking in this kit, and the three new effects aren't specified how long they last.
