As noted, GAC can be skipped.
Personally I hate most all the PVP stuff but, in the last year, I'm finding PVP days are better than PVE due to the shear time PVE takes.
TW v/s TB...
TW has a Defense day & a sign up day, so really its only attacking 1 day of 3.
No such luck w/ TB where I'm forced to play out some long grindy fights trying to kill 1 more wave.
GAC v/s Conquest.
GAC also has sign up & defense that are often "free" days if I'm not moving things.
The Attack day does take a concentrated hour+ but sometimes I'm stuck early on so I'm done in 30 minutes.
Good luck only spending 30 minutes on Conquest each day if your doing triple refreshes & spacing it out all day long.
While I find the attacks in GAC to be annoying, at least they are done quickly. I can't say that for TB or Conquest.
