Sooooo assuming a player can only get the second to last crate in conquest hard mode and that player also purchases the $10 conquest pass every iteration , how long will it take to unlock Darth OP? ...

Its 65 shards for the first 3 cycles and 25 in 4th. Plus 20 from scavangers and the rest as bonus from pass.
Without the pass its 300 shards from 4 conq. If the pass gives 15, you only need it twice.

Disclaimer. Not sure how many shards can be bought from scavanger on the 4th run. Is it also 20?
I think on 4th run you can still by 20 for less Conquest currency, plus also you can start buying them from shipments. I think if you get 20 it would be 2400. In any case you wouldn't need all that.
