Conquest Change - intentional?

Found a "normal" team for first miniboss...starting to wonder if the idea was exactly this...make a boss that requires a specific counter...or a small set of counters...
I got a "try different teams" answer from support...i am curious if this will happen on all bosses...
I guess it will backfire as most players will NOT find the "trick" and will be annoyed and cut on battlepass spending...me thinks...
