Conquest character discounts?
Aren’t character shards usually 475/5? I don’t recall ever seeing even older ones priced at 400/5.

They're definitely 475/5 in scavenger. I never paid that much attention to the store, but going down to 400 for the really old units like Ben could be right. I feel like he's just about ready to be moved to PG.
