From memory, Red box on Normal Conquest are the same rewards as box 2 or 3 on Hard Conquest.
Definitely go up to Hard Conquest as soon as you can. Totally worth it.
Your account hasn't updated on swgoh.gg since March; I don't know why. So, I can only see 3 million of your gp. I think what you probably should do is look at the rewards of what you think you'll get compared to what you are getting. Almost certainly, it'll be better to go up to hard mode. I've also heard (pre RD) that the actual difficulty of the fights isn't that much harder.
I myself am not 4mil yet, but I would say if you're acing normal without much trouble, go ahead and do hard, If the only thing holding you back from red is the faction specific quests. If you're barely scraping gold on normal I would hold off for a bit
