Conquest packs available for 6 hours?

Question

Woke up to two conquest packs, datacache currency and reroll packs, but they’re gone already from store? Anyone else see em or is it a buggy game on my end?

Some of the packs just flash on the screen and are not in the store.

it has been popping up on other peoples games - but i have only seen it once and closed it.  its not in the store or available via search for me, but it is for others.
