looks to have the same moves but guessing it's gear 1. Level probably varies based on conquest difficulty
Well I mean look at the AT-ST in the first level of Endor Escalation. It is Gear Tier 1 as well but has more hp than a character can have at level one. Though it is more like raid mechanics, for instead of hp, it is more like a huge amount of health points like a raid boss’s percentage health, but of course less than a raid boss’s. If that makes sense? Anyways that’s what I’m wondering.
