Conquest stamina refresh rate on Pass +
The stamina refresh rate appears not to be accelerated on the Pass + in conquest? Anyone else? Is it a bug?

Refresh rate is supposed to be:
25 minutes for 1%, minus 33% for Pass + which is 16.75 minutes.
At the moment my toons are refreshing stamina at 1% every 22.5 minutes.
My subliminal recollection from previous Conquest Pass + was in the region of 14/15 mins, probably checked after a few minutes of using a toon or squad.
It's refreshing slower than the stated performance.
Please will you escalate the issue as a bug to be fixed.
