Conquest Vendor Rewards

So, please correct me if I'm wrong, but the last time Conquest ran, there was one vendor or so per tier in Hard Mode that sold shards of the TIE Interceptor as well as Scion of Jango, Maul, and CAT for Conquest currency. I might be remembering incorrectly about the latter two, but I'm fairly sure I remember the current and most-recent other Conquest rewards being available for Conquest currency. And yet, there is no TIE Interceptor or Darth Malgus available to me. Is this the way it is supposed to be? Is anyone else having this problem? Is this an issue worth mentioning, or am I panicking over nothing?

    Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought that the NEW SHINY only gets sold in s2+, not s1. This time the NewShiny™ is Malgus, so look for Malgus on s2. I'm not sure at all about the 2nd-best Shiny and whether that's supposed to be there, but I wouldn't panic until Sector2.

    I’m sure this is the case. The newest toon doesn’t appear in the wandering scavenger stores until at least sector 2.

    Malgus definitely won't appear until sector 2. But I'm also unsure as to whether Interceptor should be in 1.
