Actually, he made a complaint. He didn't introduce any solutions or ideas. Just complained about the release of an extra toon.
No, "Devs, I would like you to stop focusing your resources on rehashing already existing toons, and instead focus on new original toons from the vast amount of options already available." I'm sorry you didn't read it that way, or failed to read it at all.
