Well no its not, toon model is done, annimations mostly done, sound effects done.
To do a completly new toon. Toon model has to be designed and tested new moves and abbilities have to be sorted sound effects etc.etc.etc so saying its just as difficult to re hash a old toon is complete twoddle
Ahsoka has a completely different move set and a completely different model. It's not like they painted her a different shade of pink and threw her back out there. It's a completely different character with the same name.
Actually the move are pretty much the same and yes the model is the same just a different shade of pink so what are you trying so hard to defend
Why are you trying so hard to prove a non-existent point? The moveset is completely different, the tags are different, and if you think that the two models look the same you're either deeply confused, blind, or trolling. In any event, I can't battle ignorance with logic, so we'll just have to settle at this difference of opinions.
