Yup, it's getting out of control. I really wanted Yoda and almost pushed for the pack, but took a step back and thought how ridiculous I would have been to drop $85 Canadian dollars on that. Now I have probably put in $200 so far and would I put more in? hell yeah if **** changed to a lesser financial drain.
The prices for these toons are out of control. Spending $50 bucks on a character is too much. The new Google Chromecast at $35 or a Amazon fire tablet at $40 are just examples of gifts that will do more for you at a better price tag.
So what's my point; why is the prices in this game marked up so high? It doesn't have net worth and doesn't hold value. Characters will be out classed by other characters in the future, so that $50 toon you bought 6 months ago is done and it's time to buy the better version (ie. Rebel Luke for Jedi Luke). But the chromecast is still allowing you to play this game on your TV.
